Risk controls and security
We design controls around what project-finance buyers price as fundamental: core rights and evidence
  • Milestone-gated drawdowns (M0–M4) with evidence requirements and long-stop dates
  • SPV share pledge (HoldCo/ProjectCo), plus assignments/security over material contracts as available
  • Step‑in / replacement rights triggered by defined defaults
  • Restricted payments until investor obligations are satisfied
