Zane Reiter is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience spanning investment management, corporate finance, and business development across diverse industries. A CFA Charterholder and certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Zane also holds a Bachelor of Management degree (with distinction) in Finance.
Throughout his career, Zane has been instrumental in executing nearly $8 billion in M&A transactions and leading numerous equity and debt financings. He specializes in originating and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating and structuring transactions, and managing multicultural business partnerships.
Before founding Zelta Capital Partners, Zane held senior management roles at Oman Oil Company (now OQ), where he led the due diligence and economic valuation of investments, built strategic international alliances, and managed a $1.2 billion portfolio. Saad is senior infrastructure and utilities advisory professional with over 15 years of experience delivering complex projects across the public and private sectors. He specializes in water, wastewater, energy, and transportation, supporting projects across the full lifecycle—from conceptualization and feasibility to procurement and financial close. Saad has advised governments, public utilities, investors, and developers on major PPP and privatization programs, including leading the financial close of large-scale water and wastewater projects. His work focuses on developing commercially robust and bankable project structures, underpinned by sound commercial design and disciplined risk allocation. Previously, Saad held senior advisory roles at KPMG Middle East, where he led multidisciplinary teams on flagship utility and infrastructure programs. With experience on both sponsor and investor sides, he brings a pragmatic understanding of policy alignment, risk management, and bankability, working closely with lenders, regulators, and utility operators to deliver investment-ready outcomes.

With over 30 years in the energy sector, Fidias has held diverse roles in utility operations, project feasibility, manufacturing, service engineering, electric power product and project management, and energy commercialization. He has led acquisition teams, successfully negotiating multiple substations, energy dispatch systems, and industrial turbines, including a notable deal for 16 turbines across 4 sites. Fidias has also developed gas and diesel distributed generation projects and evaluated over 100 solar projects for off-takers and investors. His extensive travels have involved developing power projects and educating utility companies and users worldwide on the benefits of distributed generation, cogeneration, renewables, and the necessity of sustainability in modern energy solutions. Fidias holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (1986) and an MBA from the S4 Program at Siemens in Bogotá (2002).
