Ameira was a Banking and Wealth Management Professional after which she has moved on to be an integral part of a successful start-up company in Chennai, India involved in the construction of Eco Home and manufacturers of Biological Sewage Treatment Plants.

Ameira is passionate about Sustainability and Humanitarian work and has worked & volunteered with the Belgian Red Cross in post Tsunami Recovery & Reconstruction works in Sri Lanka. Currently, Ameira is supporting the mission of QPQ to make our planet green again.

Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Post-Grad in Business Administration. Jennifer has 15 years of experience, starting off in QC for one of the largest computer manufacturers in the world. She progressed to administrative functions and is currently Key Communication Coordinator, Admin & Client Relationship Manager at QPQ International.

Mahwish has extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management with several Multinational Companies. She has worked as a trainer and mentor for international projects based in Malaysia. Her experience spans project reviewing and structuring, critical path analysis, creating a Gantt chart, and reviewing the project progress using PM tools. Mahwish holds an MS Project Management degree from SZABIST University, Pakistan. Currently, working as a Deal Advisory Support at QPQ international.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA in Project Management, Aarzoo Khan brings more than a decade of diverse experience in the energy sector. At QPQ, she plays a critical role in the Deal Advisory Support team, working on project origination and supporting deal advisors in tracking, managing, and following through on project progress, ensuring seamless alignment with investor and project needs.

Previously with Suzlon Energy Ltd., Aarzoo gained expertise across Technology Strategy, Marketing, Analysis, Program Management, Product Development, and CRM, enabling her to tackle complex challenges and achieve impactful results. Known for her dedication, confidence, and strong communication, Aarzoo builds meaningful partnerships and advances organizational goals. Passionate about driving results, she is committed to fostering innovation and growth in renewable energy.

B. Com and Post Grad in Plantation Management. Rex has nearly 20 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, and Recruitment. He has worked across geographies supporting companies in the UAE, India, the USA, and the UK. Currently, he supports customers as a Business Development Manager at QPQ International.

Bachelor of Laws and a degree in International Law and Diplomacy. Sakshi has been practicing as a litigation lawyer before courts and tribunals in India.

Currently handling legal affairs at QPQ International as a Legal Counsel.

Claudio has almost 30 years of experience in the development, design, engineering, construction, commissioning, project management, service and operation, maintenance and consulting of power, renewable energy, energy-from-waste, water desalination, and water treatment; and was involved in the development and delivery of a number of high profile power and renewable energy projects.

He has worked in senior management positions for ABB, MTU Friedrichshafen, and Kharafi National.
Claudio has more than 25 years of experience in the Middle East.

With over 40 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors and a flair for strategy formulation, project management, operational improvement, and executive mentoring, with specific skills around project development to financial close. The key focus has been around project development through to financial close, EPC and O&M
identification, construction, and operations.

William has sat on the board of numerous companies and his strength is in identifying, progressing and securing energy and infrastructure projects in Africa.

An experienced CEO and Senior Management professional with a background in Renewables, Mukesh has led teams from multiple geographies in Australia, Germany, France, India, and China.

Mukesh has more than 30 years of experience comprising 14 years at Robert Bosch, 5 years at ABB India limited, 12 years at Suzlon Energy where he has led multiple strategic initiatives before moving to Melbourne Australia as CEO of Suzlon Australia. Mukesh worked extensively to rebuild the Brand Suzlon and reactivated Business development and sales of new turbines coupled with wind farm co-development projects and has overseen EPC project proposals of more than 5 GW.

Mukesh has a Bachelor of Production Engineering from, India. He also holds a post-graduate qualification in Cost and Works Accountancy from ICWAI. In addition, he has certification in Supply Chain Management and Production & Inventory management from APICS USA.

A Master Degree in hand, Nicolas started his career in 2000 as successively Nuclear Safety Engineer and Product Manager within AREVA Group (France). Still in the Nuclear field, Nicolas initiated a natural shift to Business

Development within SUEZ group (France) in a human sized engineering company, ITENA (owned by ENDEL of SUEZ Group). Promoted as Managing Director in 2007. ITENA was merged with Coyne et Bellier in 2009, the Hydropower's worldwide leader engineering company and Nicolas have been appointed as Hydro Business Developer mainly for African and Himalayan countries and then Vice President for Hydro Business Development worldwide within Tractebel Engineering France – Coyne et Bellier. In early 2015 Nicolas was deputed to Jakarta in Indonesia to set up PT Tractebel Engineering Indonesia and manage the local entity as President Director. In January 2019, Nicolas have been promoted as Tractebel General Manager Asia Pacific and was relocated to Singapore.

High-level professional with 20 years of experience in engineering services, solid experience in the field energy, deep international development knowledge, strong networker, motivated and passionate about development enriched by its experience in France, Africa, Himalayan region and Southeast Asia, Nicolas decided to set up his own business in 2022 and recently joined QPQ International.

Will Hogan is a builder of community and collaboration in Impact, focused on capital formation for Impact businesses, projects and funds, and provides capital introductions services as a Managing Director at Umergence, LLC, a FINRA-regulated broker-dealer. Recent focus Impact themes include energy and the environment/ClimateTech, sustainable food + agriculture, health, and wellness.

Will has driven new business initiatives within and across organizations at firms such as Amalgamated Bank, Aetos Capital, Morgan Stanley and E&Y. He also serves on the board of directors of Jenga Ventures, a newly formed nonprofit working to foster entrepreneurial ecosystems in Africa's Great Lakes Region.

Will holds an MBA from NYU Stern, an AB in Public Policy from The University of Chicago, the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation, and the Sustainable Investment Professional Certificate from Concordia University (Montreal).

Jim has over 30 years of international investing and fund experience. Including raising and running an 800 million venture fund for Lehman Brothers and spearheading numerous investments both domestically and internationally for an affiliate of the Soros Funds. Previously he worked for the premier consulting firms, McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company, on a wide range of projects.

He has a degree in engineering and math / economics from Dartmouth, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar. Jim is registered with FINRA (series 7,24, and 63).Green energy finance is a current major focus, with involvement in multiple current projects having a value totaling over $1 billion.

Specific technologies of interest are the many forms of waste to energy, and other clean power generation, but the range of potential projects is broad, Jim's combination of finance, technical and consulting experience supports developers through the process with investors, and helps give investors well packaged projects that can be assessed efficiently

Joel is an economist with 20+ years of experience in the finance and consulting industries. He has sound exposure to credit and financial analysis, ratings and risks assessment for companies across different markets. Has occupied senior positions at Deloitte, Moody´s Investors Services and a pension fund of Mexico City police. Has provided consulting services for BBVA, HP (India) and stakeholders at the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Has participated in projects for a range of industries in Mexico and LatAm as: i) Financial advisory and debt raising for: housing and urban development, infrastructure and energy as well as for wireless towers (telecommunications) and ii) ESG integration for pension fund investments.

He aims to combine economic insights, quantitative tools and cross collaboration to accomplish goals and sound relationships. Joel graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, has as MBA from the University of Southern California (USA) and is MA International Economics from the University of Essex (UK). Also, has published articles on economics and risks besides acting as organizer and presenter in workshops.

Alick is an experienced Energy Professional with a solid background and a passion for Energy Generation and Project Development. He has over 20 years of experience in energy generation projects and asset management, project management, business development, M&A support, and asset management consulting services to energy majors, including Shell, BP, and Total Energies.

In 2006, Alick founded an engineering and project management consultancy, which supports energy projects in the UK and Internationally, including Singapore, Vietnam, China, Nigeria, Senegal, Angola, and Europe.

Alick represented Bertsch Energy in the UK, which focused on Biomass Power Plants and Waste Heat Recovery developments, and has provided technical and project development support to wind energy, waste-to-energy, pyrolysis, gas-to-wire, and hydrogen development projects across the UK and Europe. Alick has co-founded and is an executive director of several energy-related companies in Nigeria, Senegal, the UK, and Europe and is passionate about international business, innovation and technology, and energy developments.

Alick holds a Master's in Oil and Gas Innovation from Robert Gordon's University in Aberdeen, UK, and is expected to graduate with an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute (Strayer University) in December 2023.

Peter has almost 40 years of experience in the development, design, engineering, construction, commissioning, EPC project management, service and operation, maintenance, and consulting of power, renewable energy, energy-from-waste, gas to power; and was involved in the development and delivery of a number of high profile power, both renewable and non-renewable energy projects throughout Africa.

He has worked in various management positions for Siemens, ABB, and Group Five. Peter has more than 20 years of working experience on the African continent.

Magnus Magnusson is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in project finance, business development, and ESG. He has a strong background in structuring financial solutions and developing large and medium-sized private and public infrastructure projects, particularly in green energy, including work in emerging markets. His career includes positions at Nordic finance institutions, the UN Capital Development Fund, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He also has extensive experience with the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, engaging with the World Bank and regional development banks, and the Nordic Council of Ministers, where he advised Nordic and Baltic finance ministers and managed relations with the Nordic Investment Bank, Nordic Project Fund, and Nordic Development Fund. Most recently, he served as Director of the UNESCO Central Asia Office in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

With more than 25 years of experience in Engineering projects, António studied Engineering Management at Coventry University (UK) and started his career at General Motors HQ Europe.

His career progressed to management consulting and project management in companies like KPMG, PMO Consulting, and FGV Projetos (in Portugal and Brazil). This gave him the opportunity to be involved in key strategic multi-billion dollar international projects and portfolios, such as Infrastructure projects —ports, railways, and smart cities—and utility industries—telecoms and Energy, among others—supporting clients in their business developments.
In the most recent past and with a senior executive position, António was involved in Renewable projects and investments, in the Portuguese Electrical Utility company EDP, for new solutions in African emergent markets.

At QPQ International, Antonio curates projects in different technologies in terms of various parameters like project feasibility, readiness, data room readiness, and milestones completion of the project, and helps in securing investors for the project.

Erik brings over 20 years of International Project and Structured Finance Banking experience to the QPQ platform. He is a debt advisory specialist and works closely with institutional lenders and investors for the placement of structured tax equity and debt capital solutions for renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Erik has been involved in the financing of over $10 billion of project finance transactions for renewable energy, oil and gas resources, thermal generation, transportation (commercial and industrial), and energy infrastructure. His expertise is working with investors and developers seeking to access capital funding for renewable energy projects, including solar + storage, wind, hydrogen, agri-solar, and biofuels.

Prior to joining QPQ, Erik was the lead Credit Executive, Vice President with MUFG in Los Angeles specializing in the risk management and approval of structured finance commitments to renewable energy and tax equity transactions. He has held key positions as Senior Portfolio Manager of Nomura Real Asset Funds in New York and Senior Credit Risk Manager of Project Finance for Dresdner Bank in Tokyo. Erik graduated from Western Washington University cum laude with double majors in Finance and East Asian Studies, minor in Japanese. He has earned a Master's Degree in Economics and Political Science from Meiji University in Tokyo, Japan as a Mombusho Scholar. He is fluent in Japanese.

Sumit is passionate about actively contributing to climate change mitigation and adaption. He has 15+ years of experience in business strategy, international expansion, project development, and project management, both as an EPC as well as an IPP in Solar PV technology. Sumit has been VP Projects at Amplus a Solar Developer in India acquired by Petronash. BD and Operations Director at Mowah, an IPP in KSA. Further, he has been BD and Operations Director at GE3S a boutique consulting company in the field of sustainability.

Sumit is PMP and FMVA certified. He further is GRI and TCFD-certified sustainability professional. He has an Executive Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from SP Jain School of Global Management and a B-tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee.

Sumit brings a combination of financial, technical, and consulting experience to help and propel green field projects in various technologies by actively supporting developers and investors.

Alex is passionate about serving the green transition to 100% renewable energy. He has over 20 years of experience in renewable energy project development, EPC project management, commissioning and financing of wind, solar, and battery storage projects. He has a proven track record of over 200MW of wind farms and over 55MW of solar farms with strong insight and understanding of European and global PV, wind, and energy storage markets and a grasp of developmental principles throughout project life cycles.
