Allegra Hosford Scheirer is an interdisciplinary geoscientist specializing in natural hydrogen exploration, basin and petroleum system modeling, carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), and geothermal energy. Her career spans government (USGS), academia (Stanford University), and industry, with a focus on unraveling the fundamentals of rock–fluid interactions to optimize exploration and de-risk energy investments. After 16 years at Stanford, Allegra now works as a full-time consultant, helping companies around the world unlock Earth’s resources for a secure energy future. She also designs and leads customized short courses and field trips, providing tailored training for industry professionals in hydrogen systems, petroleum geology, and carbon capture strategies. In addition to her consulting work, Allegra brings strategic leadership to petroleum exploration in Alaska as an independent director at Pantheon Resources. She holds a B.S. in geophysics from Brown University and a Ph.D. from MIT.

His deep experience in value chain analysis, combined with several years of focused research on hydrogen (particularly natural hydrogen), uniquely positions him to offer comprehensive insights and strategies. Aaron’s background in oil and gas, along with his familiarity with industrial operations, adds a critical layer of relevance and domain expertise, making him a pivotal figure in advancing the natural hydrogen sector.
