          Mr. CJ Evans – 40 years of experience in the public policy, technology development, project finance, and grant-making arenas (including being a registered lobbyist throughout this time). His companies have helped multiple projects and businesses secure more than $1 billion from government grants, loan guarantees, and project financing. Mr. Evans also is the co-founder and executive director of the Alternative Fuels & Chemicals Coalition (AFCC), an advocacy organization working on behalf of its members to lobby legislation and U.S. federal policy affecting alternative fuels, renewable chemicals,biobased products, and sustainable aviation fuels industries.
          Currently, Mr. Evans is a managing director of the ADEnterprises - Washington, DC-based holding company and a partner company of QPQ International. The focus of the partnership is to secure competitively priced Green Project and Wholesale Finance for projects represented by QPQ International.
